We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our team as a Creative Head ISMMART Group of Industries. As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that align with our brand's vision and objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and compelling content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for content creation, keeping up with the latest trends and industry best practices.
- Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for various platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Manage and oversee content production, including writing, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging content creation tools and technologies and propose their integration into our content development processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a creative or marketing agency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to adapt writing style for different target audiences.
- Proficiency in creating various types of content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats and best practices.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of content creators or writers.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in using design software is a plus.
- A portfolio of previous work demonstrating your creativity, writing skills, and content creation expertise is highly desirable.
