Helper

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BBQ Helper to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a BBQ Expert's Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our BBQ Expert in preparing and executing delicious grilled dishes that will leave our guests craving for more. If you have a passion for barbecue, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements:

Assist the BBQ Expert in preparing ingredients, such as marinating meats, prepping vegetables, and preparing seasonings and rubs.
Follow instructions and recipes provided by the BBQ Expert, ensuring accurate execution of techniques and portion sizes.
Help with setting up and maintaining the barbecue station, ensuring all necessary tools, utensils, and equipment are readily available.
Develop an understanding of different cooking times and techniques for various cuts of meat to assist in managing the grilling process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the barbecue preparation area, including cleaning grills, utensils, and work surfaces regularly.
Show enthusiasm for barbecue and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Demonstrate an eagerness to expand knowledge of barbecue techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
Have the physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform tasks that may require strength and endurance.
Possess a genuine interest in the culinary arts and a desire to expand knowledge and skills in barbecue preparation.
