We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in multiple locations across Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a pharmacy setting, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medication, handling prescriptions, and managing inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and answer any questions they may have about their medication or health concerns
- Ensure that all pharmacy equipment and supplies are clean and well-maintained
- Keep accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory management
- Comply with all pharmacy regulations and standards to ensure patient safety
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Graduation, pharmacy technician certification is a plus
- 2-3 years prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medications
