Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries.. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, training materials, and internal communications. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life through compelling visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for different projects and campaigns, ensuring high production quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Capture footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
- Edit and assemble raw footage, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and other elements as needed.
- Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and formats.
- Maintain and organize video assets in a digital library.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve video production quality.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ideas for video projects.
- Occasionally participate in on-location shoots and travel as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
- Proficient in operating professional video and audio equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting, and microphones.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of video composition, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio or sample reel demonstrating previous work is required.
Preferred Qualification:
- Degree or certification in videography, film production, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with various video formats and codecs.
- Knowledge of video SEO and optimization techniques.
- Basic photography skills.
