Isuzu Lyallpur Motors seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in banking software, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and strict adherence to compliance regulations. The Teller will maintain accurate records, process various financial transactions, and ensure customers receive prompt assistance with their banking needs. Candidates must have completed at least 12 years of education and reside in Sialkot City. This position does not involve managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions including withdrawals and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers on exchange products and services.
- Maintain and update accurate transaction records and bookkeeping documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Use Company's software proficiently to record and verify transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities or discrepancies to uphold compliance and security protocols.
- Handle cash (FC & PKR) with strict attention to detail to prevent errors and reduce the risk of financial loss.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform basic accounting tasks related to transactional processing and reconciliation.
- Ensure strict adherence to company's policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality agreements in all dealings.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with changes in procedures, compliance requirements, and software usage.
