- Develop, implement and manage IT infrastructure. Upgrade existing hardware and software programs.
- Technical support and troubleshooting daily basis end-user technical issues. Troubleshoot problems with systems and programs.
- Provide specialist support for incidents and service requests (2nd level service desk) for overseas countries.
- Assess the existing network serves, operating systems and security programs.
- Engage in ongoing optimization and automation of service processes and documentation.
- Participate in projects to introduce new systems and upgrade existing systems.
- Install and implement effective security systems.
- Manage data backup and retrieval processes
The commitment you bring
- Knowledgeable in network technology/security, handling firewalls and access points
- Experienced administrator of Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer versions
- Good knowledge of VPN, DC, DNS, GPO and NFS
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written

- Bachelors Degree with majors in Computer Sciences
- Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
