IT Arena is looking for Self Motivated, Energetic, Dynamic Executive Assistant who can work as Deputy / Floor Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the department such as performing opening and closing operations, delegating tasks to the employees throughout the day.
- Prepare reports to track performance of employees to enhance efficient evaluation.
- Prepare monthly salary slips for staff members working in company.
- Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees.
- Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Must be computer literate
