- Software and Hardware troubleshooting and installations
- Provide technical support to staff based in different locations
- Managing WIFI routers and internet connections
- Managing Cloud voice solution (VOIP phones)
- Handling all Incident and service requests
- Installing, monitoring and maintaining windows server 2008
- Installing, monitoring and maintaining Sage accounting system
- Monitoring and maintaining service agreements with third party IT suppliers
- Active Directory management-Users/Groups, Security Permissions, Group Policies, File-Shares, password resets, account lock out etc.
- Manage windows server backups
- Manage Sage backups
- Install and manage Terminal server for remote access
- Install, update and manage printer on the Print Server with description
- Handling migration issues, upgrades and refreshes
- Monitor and maintain Windows servers in Active Directory Environment and Storage Area Network (SAN). Systems checks, performance tuning and optimisation
- Provide support for Microsoft office application (2010)
- Provide support for Google apps for Business (GASMO) emails
- Manage companywide domains (purchase, renewals etc.)
- Liaising with third party suppliers to escalate and resolve issues
- Providing support for in-house travel software applications (booking software & PMS)
- Experience in Travel industry is preferable
