- As Team Leader, responsible for planning, leading and execution of audit assignments as part of Annual IT Audit plan; due-diligence, investigation and special reviews as directed by Internal Audit management.
- Leading the IT Audit function, Annual IT Audit plan, and maintain quarterly Audit Report.
- Prepare a clear and concise audit report; conduct audit meetings with Auditee management to discuss overall audit results, conclusion and audit ratings.
- Supervise/evaluate the assessment of IT risks. Provide suitable recommendations. (Through performing periodical IT Audits, ongoing review of policies, procedures, system reviews, enhancements etc).
- Responsible primarily for the execution of the Group’s IT audits, covering general IT controls, in line with Internal Audit’s documented.
- Conduct IT General Controls review and perform System and Internal Control Reviews of ERPs to identify weakness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Performed security testing and techniques including network, operating and application system configuration review.
- Evaluation of the daily IT operations’ incident logs & IT Incident Reports which were presented to the senior management.
- IT audit managers are responsible for monitoring IT systems to ensure they follow policies and practices
- Establish standard procedures and policies for IT auditing
- Resolve auditing and operational issues in time.
- Ensure that audit processes comply with company standards
