- Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department.
- Work with the Management and staff to assess and respond to IT needs.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel.
- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
- Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
- Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
- Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and control the IT security policy.
- Serve as primary contact with vendors in the generation bids, contracts, agreements, and other major vendor interactions, Systems Operations and Maintenance.
- Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks.
- Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
- Other duties as directed by management.
