Job Description

CSR duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Sharing monthly updates with the existing clients, receive and share their feedback with the Management.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Able to have good conversation in English Language with customer on the phone line.
  • Able to handle customer queries and complaints in the best way possible
  • Experience in B2B and digital marketing is a plus point.
  • Able to meet monthly targets.
