Quality Resource Private limited, a multinational Digital Marketing firm is looking for a Candidate who possess the following:
1.Evaluate Calls as per the criteria set.
2.Create Scripts for new products.
3.Listen calls to ensure excellent customer service and effeective product presentation.
4.Provide Quality Assurance session to the low performer Sales Agents where required.
5.Prepare monthly Quality report for the Sales Supervisor and Managers.
6.Monitor Sales agent product knowledge and their ability to handle objections and call closures
7.Grade Telemarketing Agents on the basis balance scorecards.
8.Provide feedback to Telemarketing Agents, Team Lead on areas for improvement.
9. Ensure Quality standards are set and maintained.
10. Provide actionable data to management as needed.
11.Support and contribute to a conductive work enviornment that encouraged Camaraderie, open communication and understanding.
12.Perform special projects on an as needed basis.
13. Recommend system changes based on QA findings, to improve the quality and efficiency of Sales department.
