Responsibilities:
Entertaining Level 1 -to- Level 2 Support for Clients Managing tickets through WHMCSM anaging dedicated / VPS servers of company and clients Responsibility for uptime / security / optimization of servers & services Keeping Backups of Files / Servers / Accounts Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved Communicating with Service providers for resolution of SLA.
Please only apply if you have experience in following:
CPanel & WHMSSH / Apache / Nagios / Exim / MySQL Bash Scripting Knowledge of WHMCS Knowledge of Server Hardware & SoftwareFirewall / Mod Security.
Must have experience in web server security management especially preventive measures for trojan, virus and malicious script blockage and removal. Website speed optimization experienced like inodes management, bandwidth management etc.
Skills IT and technical, Good command on MS Word and MS Excel,Problem-solving skills, Good communication skills,Interpersonal skills,knowledge of Voip and Linux Server Administration will be considered an added benefit.
