We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT services and solutions, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline efficiently and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT services and software solutions sector.
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and utilizing online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach.
- Understand client needs in detail and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and partnerships.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project transitions and timely delivery.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT company or software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of web and software development services, digital transformation, or IT products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive, and experience using lead generation platforms.
Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary in the range of Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. Candidates should be prepared to work from the office location.
