Our principal Leading IT Support company in Dubai is looking for the following.

Ideally you should have 3 to 5 years of experience of System & Network Administration, Server/Desktop Support, Configuration and installations of Windows Servers, network equipment e.g. Routers, Access Points, firewalls, IT products including Hardware + Software, Should have knowledge of Cloud Technologies VM applications, integrations Google Apps/Office 365.
We require a Senior IT Engineer who has hands-on experience and knows how to handle technical problems on a daily basis, and often need to work long hours to help the team to overcome technical problems, or complete an IT overhaul to deadline.
IT Engineer will also perform basic diagnostic and recovery work on network equipment, upgrading and installation of servers and clients to the network as well as operating systems if necessary.
The needs for technical knowledge cannot be underestimated.
Require experience of managing LAN/WAN, hands-on experience required on Windows Server 2003/2008/2013/2016, Active Directory/Domain Controllers, Additional Domain Controller also email systems such as Microsoft exchange, must able to install or troubleshoot Windows Server related issues in different scenarios, as well as needing to be familiar with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, also knowledge of Cloud technologies, Virtual applications, Google Apps, Office 365 deployment and integrations will be preferred.
Must have knowledge of Backup procedures and applications.
Should able to handle network equipment such as Access Points, NAS, Routers, Switches, Network Printer/Scanners etc Reporting to the supervisor or concerned, communicate with staff and the customers to understand their needs and provide prompt assistance and support, also maintain technical and user documentation, systems reports.Must possess good negotiation & excellent English communication skills.
Willing to relocate to Dubai on an immediate basis.
