Viper Group is looking for a motivated IT Support and Customer Service Engineer to handle daily technical tasks involving desktop, network, and office equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. This role requires providing on-site support at customer locations or company offices to ensure smooth IT operations. The successful candidate will promptly address technical issues, maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime for end users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or chat support channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records using a ticketing system to track issues and their resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Update and contribute to the internal knowledge base to help resolve recurring issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
- Manage hardware and software issues related to operating systems, networking, and office equipment.
- Travel or commute to various office locations as required, or be stationed at a single site.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and various hardware and software components.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or customer service roles.
- Flexible working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, with Saturday shifts until 2:00 PM.
