IT Support Executive

We are looking for a committed IT Support Executive to join our team in Islamabad on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure. This position requires hands-on experience with network systems and technical troubleshooting to ensure seamless daily operations. The role involves managing hardware and software, assisting users with technical issues, and maintaining network security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure with practical experience.
- Operate and troubleshoot both manageable and non-manageable network switches.
- Diagnose and resolve network faults promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to end-users across all departments.
- Install and configure software applications, including MS Office and Windows 10/11.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware such as servers, printers, and workstations.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, including NVR and DVR devices.
- Perform daily administration and monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage MS Active Directory, Office 365 email services, ISP complaint/ticketing systems, and backup solutions.
- Oversee SAN/NAS storage, antivirus software, file and print servers, and virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
- Maintain DNS services, apply operating system updates, conduct performance tuning, and implement business continuity measures.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with physical network infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSE will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Islamabad.
- Competitive salary range between Rs60,000 to Rs70,000 per month.
