We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing technical support to international clients, strong English communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues efficiently.
You will be working closely with our Australian team and clients, providing support via phone, video calls, email, and remote access tools. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
