We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing technical support to international clients, strong English communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues efficiently.

You will be working closely with our Australian team and clients, providing support via phone, video calls, email, and remote access tools. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to international clients through phone, email, video calls, and remote sessions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows PCs, drivers, printers, hardware, and software.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications and operating systems.
  • Use remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the Australian team and customers using Microsoft Teams, email and ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain a professional, responsible approach at all times via ticketing portal and phone.
  • Close assigned support tickets and tasks on daily basis

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows, PC hardware, drivers, and printers.
  • Extensive experience with Windows-based software applications, IT systems and networking
  • Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bachelors or similar qualification in Information Technology. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with remote access and Ticketing Portal.
  • Point Of Sale (POS ) system knowledge and past experience.
