Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the brand current social media channels (LinkedIn) and potentially launching new ones, manage all inbound / outbound communications.
- Build a community online through owned social channels locally (organic and paid activity) in the UK, Netherlands and Middle East.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and setting specific objectives for Enterprise and B2B LinkedIn marketing and reporting on ROI.
- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to target audiences.
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals and suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
- Work closely with the SEO and Acquisition teams to understand organic and paid opportunities and deliver cross-channel strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media (LinkedIn), design tools and applications.
Social Media Manager Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise and B2B LinkedIn marketing.
- Passionate about social media.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Good working knowledge of SEO.
- Proven track record of project management and handling deadlines.
- Ability to accept feedback as well as be given direction.
- Being able to think boldly.
- Bring an innovative approach to social media content creation and a high level of creativity and originality.
- Strong time management skills. Well organised with an innate ability to plan the workload for a global social media strategy.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
- Natural interest for other cultures to support IT22’s global brand narrative.
- Desire to share ideas with colleagues and contribute to overall team objectives.
- Fascination for customers, how they behave and the choices they make combined with commercial acumen and the willingness to translate that into creative content.
