REPORTING TO: Marketing Head
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying and approaching prospects and potential clients
- Implementing marketing and targeting strategy
- Planning and delivering pitches and company presentation in consultation with technical staff
- Coordination with Proposals Department for bidding purposes
- Negotiating and closing of contracts
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Developing and running a feedback system from the client
- Input in design and updates of marketing tools as per market feedback e.g. company profile, brochures, websites etc.
PACKAGE:
- Salary Range: 50,000 – 100,000
- Mobile Sim: Company
- Mess: Company
- Fuel reimbursement: As per company policy
- Incentive: As per company policy
- Bonus: 50% basic salary on Eid-ul-Fitr & Eid-ul-Azha
CRITERIA:
- Bachelor in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering will be a plus.
- Candidate should have his own conveyance.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MEP / PEB /construction industry sales.
- Knowledge of Civil / MEP / PEB industry
- Patience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
