We are looking for IT Support officer for our Head office, in Johar Town, Lahore.
Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Must be Familiar with Outlook email configuration, send/Receive issues and troubleshooting and webmail
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Willing to travel to nearby locations to provide support.
- Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
