Job Description:
- ensuring strict hygiene food safety standards are met
- monitoring the use of additives
- check and improve safety and quality control procedures from the raw material stage through to the finished product
- writing reports about the products & samples
- research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts
- testing and examining samples
- deal with any customer complaint investigations or product issues
