Scope of Work
- Operation & maintenance of Gas Turbine and its auxiliaries
- Operation & Control system of gas compressor
- Operation & Control system of Waste Heat Recovery Boiler
- H.T, L.T panels, Transformers testing/maintenance, annual electric maintenance of breakers, transformers, panels, capacitors etc.
- Control system maintenance
- Supervision of Electrical Workshop which include all necessary electrical equipment e.g. Oscilloscope, multi meter, Analyzers, H.T tester, Megger meter, Earth Tester etc.
- Managing Shift Engineers, CRO’s, Assist. CRO’s, Compressor/RO Operators & Boiler Operators
Qualification & Experience
- · BSc/DAE in electrical engineering
- · Minimum 5 year experience on gas turbine operation
- · Minimum 10 year of experience in electrical generation and distribution system management.
Responsibilities
Power Generation from Turbine, Engine and Power distribution will be his responsibility. All Turbine operation and maintenance staff will take directions from Electrical Manager. He will observe and manage all the turbine staff including Shift engineers, CRO, Helpers. Shift routine work will be reported and executed upon his directions.
All shift routine schedule will be developed by electrical manager. All type of instrumentation will be his responsibility. He will supervise all electrical maintenance works i.e. control system, sensors, transmitters, thermocouples, HT and LT Panels, breakers, transformers testing and maintenance, earth testing etc. He should be able to complete the work in required duration. He will coordinate with utility department for any troubleshooting observed in operation. Similarly he can use mechanical maintenance team in utility department to carry out maintenance work.
