IvyLab Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst and the following skill set and job responsibilities.
- Define and own business analysis processes and conduct continuous improvements on these processes.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements
- Assist in defining project scope and objective.
- Represent the company as required in meetings with clients and partners.
- Review system test cases created by testing team.
- Gather requirements using different techniques; interviews, what if scenarios, meetings, prototypes and observation.
- Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to create documents such as Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
- Validate requirements by reviewing documents, make sure it describes the correct software and get client s approval.
- Handle other miscellaneous tasks to support the project workflow.

- Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in Agile software development
- Excellent with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good command of English language
- Technical writing skills
- Interpersonal Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
