Requirements:

The Sales Officer will work with the IvyLab Technologies team to bring in more business opportunities with the goal of establishing long term connections to bring in more projects for the team. The role primarily consists of outreach, with a secondary focus on research on our potential clients locally and Internationally.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate to 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Minimum education of BA/B.com

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating new sales opportunities.
  • This Job requires On Field business development activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound/inbound leads - strategically selling the company's defined Software solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing.
  • Work closely with your sales team to achieve KPI targets.
  • Has Contacts and links with the Corporates.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on managerial engagement.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods.
  • Sales experience required (Software Sales) expertise and high-level technical assistance in solutions in support of the identification, evaluation, development, and closing of strategic and tactical business opportunities.
  • Maintain a close liaison with customer, market surveys, contract sales and renewals of Licenses.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Build and present customized presentations of solutions to customers and understand the customer need and establish a company's product as the best solution that addresses their need.
  • Must be willing to give frequent visits to prospective clients.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with the proposals.
