Formed in September 2016 in Islamabad Pakistan iWatch Consultants was created to help companies with their administrative tasks while removing them from the burden of having full time employees. We have several large clients to whom we offer a range of outsourced services such as menu editing, administrative tasks, email handling, customer support, telephone sales, lead generation. Since the few months from our launch we have grown by over 500%.
The iWatch Human Resources and Business Development role is a unique opportunity to help expand one of Pakistan’s fast growing new startups. This is a critical role is the face of Iwatch to both its employees and its clients. The role brings together all aspects of Human Resources, people management as well as marketing, sales, account management, and general organization. This role calls for a rare combination of creative problem solving, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability to create and manage relationships, and establish new partnerships with new clients to drive new business growth.
This is an intense startup role, and this person will work with the Founders and shareholders to drive the business forward. This role will have direct responsibility for the growth of the business.
The Human Resource and Business Development person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential clients and work towards developing those leads into paying relationships with our firm. Also a strong coordination is required with regional clients for the enhancement of service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sales - Focus on finding new clients and targeting them to add revenue to the business
Develop & Optimize Processes — Scale new and existing sales processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics and profitability
Expansion Planning — Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of expanding to new areas, develop and execute against expansion plans
Hustle — Take ownership of iWatch’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done and increase the business
Human Resources - field employee phone calls and queries to make sure all their needs are met
Account management - visit and maintain client relationships with existing clients.
Identify and prioritize new potential leads
Actively sourcing leads and targeting new companies for sales
Pitch all target clients.
Introduce business services to all potential new clients.
Create business proposals to new clients selling our services.
Manage relationship with existing clients.
Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Write / create sales presentations to be used for client pitches
Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations;
Attending conferences and training;
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
Anything that helps to run business smoothly.
General admin tasks as required by founders and shareholders
Answer telephone calls from current employees to ensure their problems are handled.
Scanning, printing, faxing and organizing within the office.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE:

Partnership management or business development experience

Solid understanding of a variety of business models
Human resource or Sales background with a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving growth
Consulting, Accounting, or Banking background with numbers/excel driven decision instincts
