Job Description
15~20 Years industrial experience of supervising large store in computerized environment. should have thorough knowledge of monitoring the movement and documentation.
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Report on buying trends, selling trends, profits etc
- Develop inventory related bench marks and get approval on and then ensure compliance by implementing that bench marks i.e. inventory levels, inventory days etc.
- Overall control on all the Store activities.
- Proper placing of goods to avoid any kind of damage.
- Maintaining the stock registers and reconciliation of the same time to time.
- Physical verification of the goods as and when required
- Responsible for Inventory Control, Accountable for reconciliation of entire stock.
- Maintaining up to date stock registers/systems.
- Ensure that all goods are stored and packed safely and securely, at the right place.
