- 15 years experience in the relevant field. Graduate Engineer is preferable but DAE with 20 Years’ experience will be required.
- Should have knowledge of process Equipment Manufacturing like Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Smoke tube boilers, FIN Fan coolers, LPG Bowsers and bullets, Ducting, Steel structures etc etc. Plant maintenance and shut down experience is also required.
- At least 5 years experience as a department lead in any good production works, ASME Certified workshop will be additional advantage.
- Strong grip on the resource planning, budgeting and control. Shutdown planning on Prima Vera will be added advantage.
- Should be able to manage supervisory staff as well as technical manpower .
- Be able to attend meetings with clients and communicate with properly.
- Should have knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
