- Preparation of documents for weekly withholding income tax and federal and provincial withholding sales tax.
- Calculation and provisioning of current tax.
- Preparation of tax deduction certificates of employees and vendors.
- Assist in filing of withholding income tax and sales tax returns in federal and all applicable provincial revenue boards.
- Assist in preparation and submission of quarterly advance tax.
- Assist in preparation of documents in response to tax notices and tax audits.
- Record monthly entries for maintaining the books of accounts of the company’s Provident Fund Trust.
- Any other ad-hoc reporting and compliance requirements
- Must be expert in Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit &loss statements, Reconciliation Statements).
- Must be good at budgeting.
- Sound knowledge at how to control expenses and liabilities.
- Must be an expert in keeping records
