The role offered by the company entails;
- Business development via pushing services and other associated marketing strategies.
- Obtain queries from exisitng/new customers, float to vendors: quote, negotiate and close the sale with excellent communication skills.
- Attentive & responsive Emails/Calls toward customers and suppliers to provide excellent services for sustainable business relationships and business development
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to assess their future needs, delivery/dispatches, under process shipments and any after-sales queries.
- Follow organization’s set patterns, defined guidelines and given targets.
- Possess skills of drafting, decision making, self driven, pressure handling, documentation, punctuality and consistency.
- Out-bound / In-bound calling for lead generation
- Sales Management/Enhancement & Cold calling – Direct/Indirect Sales
- Setting appointments for product demos and presentation
- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues responsibly
