Voice Team Manager (Part Time)
Job Role
· Selected personnel would be responsible to manage and ensure that the team is consistently meeting day to day performance.
· Compile & discuss daily sales reports.
· Build coordination between sales team and other internal departments.
· Regulate the performance of reps to achieve monthly title plans.
· Monitoring calls and sharing feedback with Team.
· Ensuring script adherence and compliance with the Quality guidelines.
· Enhancing the communication and selling skills of all assigned reps through proper training and coaching.
Requirement
· Candidate should minimum have 6 months experience with Jtelemarketing on Closing or Voice.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposal development, and presentation and facilitation abilities
· Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
· Good knowledge of Ms Office Package.
Criteria for Qualification
· Minimum 1 Year of experience with Jtelemarketing or in Call center industry.
