• The Quality Assurance Executive will support and lead quality management/improvement initiatives.
  • He will ensure that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain the quality management system.
  • Position requires working with department heads to develop quality control processes and procedures for streamlined production/operations management.
  • He will lead the continuous improvement efforts/projects on the production floor, utilizing lean & 6-sigma concepts where applicable to ensure maximized returns at least costs.

  • Manage a team of quality control & continuous Improvement ensuring they are achieving stated goals.
  • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
  • Determining training needs, acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
  • Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
  • Assessing product specifications and customer requirements. 
  • Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures 
  • Working methodically to establish a clearly defined management system that all staff can apply 
  • Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation.
  • Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 2-3 years of experience in working in quality assurance department.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work and communicate productively with cross functional groups.
