- In partnership with the company’s Country Head & CEO, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
- Experienced at operating at strategic management level within similar organizations. Highly strategic outlook and a natural marketing ability. Well connected at a senior level within the industry. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. CMO must also be an excellent communicator and public speaker.
- CMO shall Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM, SMM etc
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Plan and manage social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and targets.
- Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Acting as a mentor to team members. Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to market. Managing digital marketing technology budgets and time frames. Staying on top of technology trends and developments for marketing. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Financial Management
In close collaboration with the CFO and Country Head,
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing dept. and compliance with its financial plan.
- In Close collaboration with CFO, Oversee the development & implementation of annual marketing budgets, Negotiate with vendors, service providers for business related to marketing and advertising
- Ensure that adequate internal control mechanisms are in place to control department and agency technology laps. Oversee annual and project-specific audit processes within the Country Programme
Management and Organizational Development:
- Provide leadership support to marketing & sales team and promote best practices.
- Oversee adequate implementation of the performance of marketing strategy including performance objectives and planning, review, appraisal and staff development
- Coordinate the development of a staff development plan in line with strategic directions of Hatch Tech for the country business plan for marketing segment.
- Provide Coaching and Counseling advice to staff when necessary and lead initiatives to develop staff capacity. Recruit best talent in this market for technology segment.
- Ensure that the country senior management team is effective, mutually supporting and sufficiently involved in decision making.
