Supervision of Food Safety Officers.
Maintain healthy & Safe food processing.
Maintain daily reports & Quality Records of food processing.
Ensure the quality of food products.
Order and receive Material from store to meet the production needs.
Implantation of health & safety procedures and quality control standards
Suggest continuous improvement in food processing
Sound Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Standards
Supervise the daily shift duty and leave roster of production employees
Perform the tasks assigned by the Production Team Lead
Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.
To manage and look after the whole activities of the food from reception to end product
To ensure quality of food on reception, during & after processing
To manage the process and Standards of the raw food
To co-ordinate with management
Responsible for the whole chain of process from forming to processing of the product
To maintain the quality standards as per the standards of the company
To minimize the issues
Dealing with External parties and institutions
To monitor the personal hygiene of personals
Any other task assigned by management
