- Strong experience in reporting systems and development (3-5 years)
- Core reporting applications must include Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Report,and Microsoft Excel.
- Optional skillsets may include Power BI, Tableau, Access, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects Enterprise solutions.
- Strong SQL skills
- Familiarly with SQL Server and/or Azure
- Familiarity with report scheduling tools, including establishing and maintaining data driven subscriptions
- Highly self-motivated and directed and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities, team player, ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

- Review and complete acceptance testing on deliverables
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to conduct research into database/reporting development issues and products
- Experience diagnosing and resolving errors in complex reports
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices

- Microsoft Power Automation and Workflows
- ETL processing using SQL Server Integration Services
- C# and/or VB.NET languages
- PL-SQL and Oracle skill
