The HR / Operations Executive will support both Human Resources and Operations departments by managing documentation, reporting, staff coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows across all branches and departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Responsibilities
Maintain employee files, documents, and records (hard & soft copies).
Collect and verify joining documents of new hires.
Assist in recruitment: screening CVs, calling candidates, scheduling interviews.
Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, memos, and other HR documents.
Manage onboarding and orientation of new staff.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and monthly HR reports.
Update employee data in HR systems such as GBMS/MIS/Excel.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times.
2. Operations Responsibilities
Coordinate with regional teams, supervisors, and branches for daily operational tasks.
Follow up on pending tasks, report completion status, and close operational gaps.
Collect and compile façade reports, material reports, and other operational data.
Prepare and review operational invoices and related documentation.
Ensure timely communication between departments for smooth operations.
Address operational issues and escalate to management when required.
Assist management in implementing SOPs, policies, and compliance measures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and/or Operations (fresh graduates can also apply if skilled).
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, handle workload, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability.
