JS Films is a leading video production company based in Islamabad is seeking a talented video editor with a strong passion for film and the editing process having experience in both short & feature documentaries and commercial work.
Responsibilities
- Review raw material to create a cohesive video that meets clients expectations
- Work alongside with director to create compelling stories through the editing process
- Trim footage segments and create the sequence of the film
- Add music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as an editor
- Proven knowledge and experience with storytelling across multiple genres (corporate, commercial, documentary short & feature)
- Should have sound knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro.
- Have experience with 4k video editing and rendering.
- Should have ability to understand the concepts and prepare the video accordingly.
- Proactive, patient personality preferred.
