What the first 90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet relevant stakeholders for our team.
Develop understanding of the existing People & Organization Structure.
Ensure self-learning and development to remain aligned with the New Culture and Jazz First Mindset.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Jazz business partners (vendors) to ensure smooth execution of operations in line with applicable policies and compliance charter.
Responsible for maintenance of HVAC & related equipment of offices within allocated budgets. ·       
Responsible to maintain pleasant office temperature by keeping in check HVAC performance.
Ensure un-interrupted power supply of regional offices including backups (ups & genset).
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Responsible for uninterrupted power & HVAC regional operations while ensuring business requirements are met effectively and on a timely fashion. (Utilities, HVAC & Elevators)
Responsible to maintain a schedule for routine preventive & corrective maintenance of electrical equipment including, HVAC, Generators, UPS & other office Equipment with in allocated budget.
Maintain effective business relationship with the on-boarded vendors with respect to service delivery and contract compliance
Responsible for Genset refueling at designated offices of respective region.
Responsible for monitoring electricity consumption of office & bringing initiatives for energy optimization.
Responsible for planning back up power in new projects on the basis of load calculation.
Responsible for contingency planning in case of power break down or incident.
  
Within 90 days to onwards you will:

Provide budget related inputs for every budgeting and forecasting cycle.
Assure operational excellence within the allocated budget and strive for cost optimization.
Able to handle conflicts across various internal and external stakeholders while ensuring delivery on the promises.
 
A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has an experience of approx 3 to 5 years in utility management within a multinational or hospitality (hotel industry) and managing all administration related activities.
 
A brief about your team:
The Admin Experience Expert Utilities will be responsible to provide un-interrupted power supply to the assigned Jazz offices including but not limited to back up power e.g. UPS, Genset & Transformer. He / She will also be responsible for maintenance of HVAC & related equipment of offices within allocated budgets. The ideal incumbent would ensure to innovate & implement new initiatives of energy optimization. The role is also expected to liaison with internal stakeholders and Jazz business partners (vendors) to ensure smooth execution of operations in line with applicable policies and compliance charter.
