Jazz Business team being the flagbearer of integrated business solutions in Pakistan striving to achieve excellence in innovation and total customer satisfaction every day. The marketing team comprises of various functions covering marketing communications, product strategy and design, business planning and channel management. You would be part of the B2B marketing department, working as a member of the team working on exciting initiatives such as A2P, precision marketing, cloud, ICT and IoT.
 
 What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
-Within 30 days you will:
 
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business and its vision.
 
Develop understanding of Jazz white label partnerships and A2P business, associated systems and processes and Jazz Business brand in general. During the learning phase you would be encouraged to learn as much as you can about the business product portfolio, what makes each team function unique and align yourself with the organizational vision and mission along with the short and long-term strategy.
 
At the end of the onboarding period, you would be expected to present your learning and share your view on the business, people and process with the team.
 
In parallel you would be engaged with technical, value added services and digital teams to identify, streamline and consolidate all the enterprise SMS and voice traffic and related agreements at company level.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
 
Have gathered and consolidated all information relevant to A2P, white label and VAS partnerships at company level.
 
You would be on top of the numbers, reports and in a position to present the overall picture of A2P SMS and voice traffic at company level
Have scheduled all traffic level reports and would be monitoring the stats suggesting the steps needed for standardization of the business at company level
 
Ensuring business reporting and product segment visibility for the leadership team
 
Transform yourself into the focal person for assigned business portfolio and in a position to suggest measures to internal stakeholders including sales, customer experience, service delivery and proposal management teams
 
You would have established yourself as the subject matter expert/go-to person for white label SMS and voice partnerships at company level 

-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
 
Be abreast with the market trends, internal and external challenges related to your assigned portfolio
 
Be assigned new initiatives independently with milestones
 
You will be in a position to take independent decisions while ensuring transparency and alignment with the business strategy
 
You would be expected to review various pricing and product design related recommendations, take decisions and create one-off, short term and long-term business cases for leadership review and subsequent approvals
 
A bit about you:
 We are looking for someone who has relevant techno-commercial experience in mobile value-added services, its underlying technologies and terms, pricing and strategy, business analysis and product management. You are well versed with the local and international market trends. You have ample experience of managing a business portfolio directly or independently with P/L responsibilities. You are well versed with the mobile network architecture and at times can independently manage new initiatives working as the project lead as well as the business analyst
You have a knack for number crunching, structured documentation and have exceptional presentation skills.

·       A 8 members team (including the stream head) with 04 sub teams

Manage the existing product portfolio (product management) and ensure its health
Maintain the thought leadership position in the industry through continuous innovation
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
