Jazz is looking for a Business Consultant to join its FTTH department based in Islamabad. This role focuses on advising telecom and internet service providers to grow their businesses by leveraging Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. The consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, improving customer retention, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the position is part of a regional team committed to expanding Jazz’s market presence and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored FTTH solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share for Jazz’s FTTH services.
- Generate and qualify leads through client visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Jazz’s FTTH products, including features and benefits.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the FTTH portfolio to prospective clients, emphasizing service advantages.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Manage the customer onboarding process from feasibility assessment to contract signing.
- Meet retention and recovery targets for the assigned client portfolio.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales, product management, technical support, billing, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify innovation opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Competence in identifying and resolving customer challenges effectively.
- Skilled negotiation abilities to close sales deals successfully.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of FTTH technology and its benefits.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and internet technologies.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
