Jazz is looking for a Business Consultant to join its FTTH department in Islamabad. This role focuses on providing expert advice and customized solutions to Telecom and Internet Service Providers, helping them grow their businesses by leveraging Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. The consultant will develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure engagement, retention, and satisfaction while driving sales growth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a regional team dedicated to expanding Jazz’s market presence and delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored FTTH solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase Jazz’s FTTH market share.
- Generate and qualify leads through customer visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Jazz’s FTTH products, including features and benefits.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the FTTH portfolio to potential clients, emphasizing service advantages.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth.
- Manage the customer onboarding process, from feasibility assessments to contract finalization.
- Achieve retention and recovery targets for the assigned client portfolio.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics, reporting regularly to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales, product management, technical support, billing, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Competency in identifying and resolving customer challenges effectively.
- Skilled negotiation abilities to close sales deals successfully.

- Solid understanding of FTTH technology and its benefits.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and internet technologies.
