Jazz is looking for a Business Consultant to join its FTTH department based in Islamabad. This role involves providing expert guidance and customized solutions to telecom and internet service providers by leveraging Jazz’s FTTH portfolio to improve their business outcomes. The consultant will focus on building and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive engagement, sales growth, customer retention, and satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the candidate will work within a regional team committed to expanding Jazz’s market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and propose tailored FTTH solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Jazz’s FTTH services market.
- Generate and qualify leads through customer visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Jazz’s FTTH products, including features and benefits.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages of FTTH services to prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage the customer onboarding process from feasibility assessment through contract finalization.
- Meet retention and recovery targets for the assigned client portfolio.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales, product management, technical support, billing, and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client groups.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer challenges effectively.
- Negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of FTTH technology and its benefits.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and internet technologies.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
