Jazz is looking for a Business Consultant to join its FTTH department in Islamabad. This role involves advising telecom and internet service providers on how to enhance their businesses by utilizing Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. The consultant will focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure engagement, retention, and satisfaction, while driving sales growth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Business Consultant will be instrumental in expanding market reach and supporting the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized FTTH solutions.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand Jazz’s FTTH services footprint.
- Generate and qualify leads through customer visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Jazz’s FTTH products, including features and benefits.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the FTTH portfolio to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support revenue growth.
- Manage the entire customer onboarding process, from feasibility assessment to contract finalization.
- Meet retention and recovery targets within the assigned client portfolio.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as pre-sales, product management, technical support, billing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges.
- Skilled negotiation capabilities to successfully close sales deals.

- Solid understanding of FTTH technology and its advantages.
