What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet with the BSD Commercial team and ES Team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map. Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at BSD contributes to the overall success.
Understand the functionality of Contract Management and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function. You will understand Business SOPs & processes, who are the stake holders, develop the understanding of channel needs and deliverables. Get aligned to the ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables. Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks.
Within 60 days, you will:
Understand end to end management of ES contracts in liaison with legal, presales etc.
Develop reporting and action plan for Contract deviation analysis and identify the revenue leakages.
Perform & handle projects, initiatives & deliverables as assigned from time to time by line manager.
Assist HOD Enterprise Solutions on various Business Analysis related to ES team.
Manage and arrange trainings & business meeting for the ES team.
Must on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and value added services offered by the company and share information with the relevant stakeholder.
Responsible for the projects assigned ensure meeting timelines of the assigned tasks.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Responsible for end to end management of ES contracts.
Maintain excellent liaison with the contract management stakeholders like presales, legal etc.
Responsible of improving the overall contract management process.
Review and take necessary measures to make the contract management process efficient and as per business requirements.
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone has prior experience in a contract management and reporting role and has strong knowledge of business processes. The applicant should have high proficiency in operating MS Office Tools, especially in MS Excel & MS Power point is required.

Enterprise solutions team is part of Business Services Division BSD led by HOD Enterprise Solutions. The core functional responsibility is to bring new business on board by offering them B2B products and services through a team of Corporate Account Managers.
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting to the HOD Enterprise Solutions and will be based in Islamabad.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
New Sales Target achievement
Provide services to the tagged accounts
To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
The ability to build strong relationships with legal, presales and other teams within BSD
The three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
