What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the People & Organization (P&O) team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
Understand the function of People & Organization (P&O) division and how your role fits into the overall service delivery
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz policies, benefits & procedures
Develop an understanding of different work streams and key performance indicators
Develop in-depth understanding of procedural stakeholders and relevant point of contacts
-Within 60 days, you will:
Undergo a policy and procedural workshop to ensure you are complete aware of them.
Managing people operations procedures end to end ensuring service delivery standards are met
Understand different procedural hick-ups that can result during implementation stage and how to have them resolved
Develop a rapport with internal point of contacts and stakeholder’s who would assist in deployment of procedures
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Ensure end to end delivery of procedures whilst maintaining the established key performance indicators
Resolve any procedural hindrances that can/are potentially impacting the process and key performance indicators
Ensure 100% procedural compliance and 100% employee satisfaction with the People Operations procedures

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has a basic understanding of how HR procedures work while at the same time is highly customer oriented.
We operate in a fast-paced environment which would challenge the individual continuously to stay consistent and remain organised to ensure service delivery standards.
The structure of the team you will join is:
A twenty (20) member’s team which manage 7 different work streams.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Ensure internal customer service standards are continuously met and a strong service culture prevails across the organisation
Ensure deployment of HR Services whilst managing the employee life cycle
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including divisional/departmental heads, internal people and organization team members, and all functions of the company for effective execution and implementation of policy and procedures.
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Resolving process bottlenecks, deliver solutions to internal customers on time and improvise and innovate on existing procedures.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Established a strong service culture, designed and developed digital platforms with the 3 E concept.
We now have a structured department in place that ensures HR Operations & Services are managed in an effective and efficient manner.
