What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the microcosm.
Develop understanding of Channel Operations & Automation role
Develop understanding of all relevant departments’ roles of Channel Planning & Distribution Teams
Develop understanding of functional attributes of the regional operating model
Candidate should able to handle all projects, which will be with Channel Automation
-Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationship with relevant stakeholders of the Channel Planning & Distribution Team, Finance, Product Development & Innovation Team and Technical Teams.
Learn all operational related tasks & relevant systems
Learn how to operate and extract reports from relevant Business Support Systems
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Identify gaps in current working and recommend ways to improve the processes as well as give suggestions how to digitalize these
Recommend ways in consultation with relevant internal teams to increase the efficiency enablers
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone
· who has already delivered in Sales & Distribution Operations role. The individual should be operationally sound and rich along with strong communication & presentation skills.
· The ideal candidate would be delivering the insights to the senior management on the progress of the channel operations & automation.
· The candidate should already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll out within business.
· The individual should have sound business analysis, product development, project management and relationship management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
A Bit About Us:
The Channel Operations & Automation team is part of the Commercial Planning & Distribution within the Commercial Division. The team is responsible for managing the Channel Operations, Automate channel requirements, develop alternate channel and Supply Chain Management for channel.
The structure of the team you will join is:
· A 30 member team (including the department head) with 04 sub teams
· You will be part of a 03 member sub-team reporting to Manager Channel Automation
The three (03) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Biometric Management which includes Operations, Development & Reporting
· EVC System Management e.g. Operations & development of future channel requirements
· Channel Automation
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Biometric Devices Vendors, App Developers.
Ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Channel Planning & Distribution Team, Pricing, Finance, Product Development & Innovation and Technical Teams
