What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
·        Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products.
·        Stay abreast with market trends in the industry
·        Understand the end-to-end operation model of alternate channel
·        Collaborate with cross functional teams for on-boarding of vendors
·        Meet alternate channel vendors
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
·        Lead strategy and planning to formulate plan to enhance online means of recharge & SIM sales
·        Design and implement reporting structures to track and monitor business performance
·        Identify opportunities to enhance direct to customer channel

-Within 90 days to on wards you will:
·        Steer the execution of strategic and tactical goals
·        Effectively drive deliverable and report performance
·        Ensure strategic partnership to expand and manage the distribution
·        Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports to enable adequate visibility around activities

A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has an extensive experience in planning & strategy, business development and sales operations within a corporate environment with a demonstrated ability to scale businesses; drive revenue and perform within a fast pace environment.

The Channel Planning team is part of the Channel Planning & Distribution Division. The team is responsible for managing and engaging channel

The main priorities of the role as a whole are:
·        Vendor management
·        Direct to customer
·        Alternate means of distribution
·        Enhance of online distribution channel

To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
·        A passion for digital innovation
·        The ability to build strong relationships with Internal & External stakeholders and teams
·        Proven record of on-boarding new business partners
 
Must have past experiences the candidate should have.
·        Alternate channel planning role
·        Should have worked in decision making domain
·        Negotiating vendors/partners etc

Essential Requirements:
·        Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and Senior Management
·        Experience managing large cross-functional projects
·        Action-oriented
·        Strong strategy and analytics skills
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups
·        Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class experiences
