What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
·       Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where the candidate will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
·       Develop understanding of Consumer Segment, its philosophy, current strategy and future roadmap
·       Get familiarized with current KPI reports and general trends for consumer segment
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
·       Develop thorough segment understanding & help generate ideas that further strengthen consumer segment in line with strategic growth plan
·       Liaison with relevant teams handling various business streams such as Sales and Distribution, Customer Care, Product Innovation, Market research, etc.
·       Gain in-depth understanding of our competitive positioning and proactively propose counter measures
                                                          
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
·       Have end-to-end visibility of segment initiatives & performance
·       Development and delivery of KPI monitoring reports to be circulated to higher management
·       Strategize consumer segment initiatives to meet the budgeted targets
·       Coordinate with Marketing Communications Team to roll out brand communication aimed at increasing awareness & customer engagement
·       Coordinate with Customer Care teams to streamline the processes which can enhance customer experience
Share segment plans with CVM & VAS to create the required synergies aimed at improving customer engagement

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to execution. Prior experience of segment management, involving 360-degree customer view will be preferred.
 
Candidate should have the ability to develop business ideas and convert them into tangible results to improve overall segment performance. The individual should have sound analytical skills, product understanding and relationship management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
 
A bit about us:
Segments team is part of the Proposition & Segments function within Marketing. The team is responsible for end-to-end management of Consumer Segment involving but not limited to product portfolio, customer care processes, ATL/BTL communication, sales performance etc.
 
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       You will be part of a 08-member sub-team reporting to the Head of Segments
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Manage consumer segment while ensuring constant growth in terms of customer engagement & revenues
·       To ensure customers get the best experience in every interaction with Jazz
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with other teams: Pricing, Marketing Communications, CVM, VAS, Regional Sales Teams & Customer Care to achieve the budgeted growth in Consumer Segment while ensuring supreme experience for customers
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Align product portfolio and customer communication to grow data engagement within consumer segment
Revamp existing processes to ensure smooth experience for Jazz customers
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Business Analysis & Reporting

Prior experience in Pricing & Segments

Microsoft Office is an absolute requirement; the candidate must be extremely proficient with excel and powerpoint
 
 
Essential skills must have: 
Have sound analytical abilities, problem identification and resolution skills and creative/consumer insights abilities.
Sound MS Office skills
Have strong organizational alignment skills to develop and deliver against key strategies
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals including brand marketing, market research, finance, operations, R&D, sales, brand partners and agencies
