What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet relevant stakeholders e.g. technical, pricing, segments, data scientists, GR, FP&A, etc.
Develop understanding of Jazz EDW
Develop understanding of the Service Delivery Team and its existing agreement’s & processes
Lead the Service Delivery Team
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Take initiatives, build understanding and design new processes
Make improvements in existing Service Delivery processes
Ensure & facilitate Business users by handling JazzIT ticketing system
Mapping of business rules to cater agile reporting requirements
Implementation of business rules check points to ensure information integrity
Implementation of various health checks for monitoring of data trends
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Will be able to develop commission’s bases on the provided business rule
Ensuring timely development & delivery of Projects with maximum throughput
Ensuring the posting and provisioning process timely executions to support the business

We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in Service Delivery management with Technical back group and hands on expertise on Teradata EDW. Someone who is not afraid to take new challenges and can take lead of new initiatives. Someone who knows and can handle ever growing needs to Business users and also has a proven track record of delivering best quality products to users.
A bit about us:
Service Delivery team is part of the Data Analytics Department. The team is solely responsible to BI Service Delivery at Jazz.
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 26 members team (including the department head) with 03 sub teams
·       You will be part of a 03 members sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Manage the JAZZ IT ticketing system and ensure timely deliverables
·       Delivery of Commission as per the SOP with accuracy
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to manage all stakeholder’s expectations and ensure timely deliverables specially for GR and Sales
Ability to coordinate with regional teams to support them in their Analysis/reporting needs
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Established the Service Delivery Team and ensure timely deliverables as per Business Users requirements
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
