What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 days you will:
Understand the VEON business model, app capabilities and identify high value potential partners for deep integrations
Work with global and local team to develop financial model for partnerships
Develop local partnerships roadmap and strategy in coordination with local and global teams
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Finalize strategy for local partnerships and develop partnership proposals and sales pitch  
Forecast revenues from potential partnerships and lock marketing plan to drive transactions on the VEON platform
Suggest feature improvements on the VEON platform to maximize revenue from partnerships  
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Execution of the partnership monetization plan to achieve targets    
Work with local and global teams to finalize legal agreements, commercials and API’s interface to integrate partners  
Approach partners and negotiate commercials and technology requirements  
 
What we have done and what we will do with YOU
We have been testing the VEON platform across several countries to identify gaps in product and improve the platform before commercial launch. Marketing activities are being finalized to drive customer uptake and partnerships with several brands is also being finalized. With the platform launch coming up, we are gearing up to form partnerships and developing monetization models. You will be part of the partnership team with primary responsibility to lead monetization of the platform
 
A bit about you:
You have University Degree, MBA preferred
You have 3 – 5 years of experience in a start-up environment to drive customer acquisition on platforms. You have excellent financial modelling, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to develop senior management relationships
You have sharp strategic acumen and ability to manage ambiguity. Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative, with a passion for digital products and the ability to quickly learn about new industries / technologies

A bit about us:
You will be part of the Digital and MFS unit reporting to the Head of Digital partnerships
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be part of a 5-member digital partnership team  
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Develop strategy for partnerships and develop monetization model for the platform   
Revenue forecast for 5 years in coordination with local and global teams   
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal stakeholders like sales, product development, product managers, technology and global VEON teams

What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
To establish VEON as the biggest internet platform in the country with successful partnerships generating forecasted revenues

The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Locking targeted partners for integrations and successful commercial negotiations  
Developing analytics on the platform to drive transactions for integrated partners  

The four (04) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Product management
Marketing
Business Analytics
Apps / E-commerce

The three (03) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Microsoft Office 
Google analytics
Firebase

Essential skills must have: 
Data Analysis in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights
Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions  
Advance communication skills for managing cross functional projects.
Back ground in managing any e-commerce start up / application / platform
